As president of Natural Fitness, Joe has worked as a personal trainer for over 20 years. He works with clients who want to stay active, but have past and present injuries that limit their ability to function optimally. Joe has trained throughout Maine at several fitness facilities prior to opening Natural Fitness. He received his BS in Physical Education from Saint Joseph’s College. Also, in the state of Maine, he is one of the few Certified Z-Health Practitioners as well as Fellows of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the Gray Institute. Joe has presented at the MAHPERD conference for physical education teachers and coaches. He is constantly studying the Z-Health curriculum as well as is enrolled in their Master Practitioner program, which focuses on how functional neurology can improve movement, pain and performance.
